Science Teacher
I graduated from Hartville High School in Hartville, Missouri in 1996. I then served in the United States Marine Corps from 1998 to 2008. After being honorably discharged, I pursued a college degree, and graduated from Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas in 2014.

Currently Attending Sam Houston State University for a Master’s Degree in School Counseling.
I have been teaching in Dayton ISD since 2017 and currently I am a DAEP teacher at Nottingham Alternative Education Center.
I taught High School Science courses in Tarkington ISD from 2014-2017 and 5th grade Science at SFA 2017-2018. I have also taught 3rd grade all subjects in Missouri from 2009-2011. Prior to teaching I spent 10 years in United States Marine Corps where I reached the rank of E-5 and had to instruct other Marines on many occasions.
My wife and I have seven wonderful children ranging from 19 year old twin girls down to a 6 year old little boy. (5 girls, 2 boys) One of my oldest is in the Marine Corps and the other is in college at SHSU. My oldest son is in Tarkington and graduating this year. I have two girls in WWJH and my youngest girl and son are inis in SFA. We have multiple cats that have showed up at our house.
I like to hunt and fish when ever I have time and spend time with my children as much as I can. I am also going back to school to further my education working towards my Master’s Degree for School Counseling.
